Good going -- I'm on a wierd diet right now where I can pretty much have what I want for all meals except one -- that one meal being a cup of rice, 8 to 12 oz of fish (I had mahi mahi tonight, tilapia last night, swai the night before), and as much green veggie as I want. (Typically I go with brocolli or brussel sprouts).
Combined with my riding 12 to 20 miles a day on the bicycle and cutting sugared soda out of my diet, I'm down to 198 from the disgusting peak of 260 I reached when I was borderline bedridden and mis-medicated thanks to a certain "idiot with a license to quack"
I have difficulties with things like treadmills -- it makes me sick to be going through the action of walking without actually going anywhere... Basically the opposite of motion-sickness, probably why I can go out on the roughest ocean and be fine, but when I get back on land I get sick.
Which is why I go biking even in subzero temps.
