Objectives: Draconis Combine, pdf:

Page 21: Victory Industries:

The statement:
"Main Products: Avatar, Black Hawk-KU, Firestarter, Griffin, and Wolverine Class BattleMechs"
is unclear, since we have both omni and non-omni Firestarters. However, going by TROs it looks like it is supposed to be the omni version.

Suggested Fix:
Change to:
"Main Products: Avatar, Black Hawk-KU, and Firestarter OmniMechs, Griffin, and Wolverine Class BattleMechs"

Page 43: Static Defenses:

The first paragraph is unchanged from Objectives: Capellan Confederation, and does not fit. Both the faction name and preferred weapons are wrong.
The worst offending line is:
"Many of these tend to be armed with weapons pro-
duced inside the Confederation border, so it is not surprising many of
the former Confederation static defenses contain missile turrets, sur-
rounded by minefields, and backed up by Artillery - ..."
also, the reference to Plasma Rifles at the last sentence in the paragraph seems out of place:
"Almost all factories producing
war materiel divert some of their excess production to build up static
defenses, so factories that produce Plasma rifles will likely have those
weapons mounted on many of their weapon turrets."

Suggested Fix:
At least change it to something like:
"Many of these tend to be armed with weapons pro-
duced inside the Combine border, so it is not surprising many of
the former Combine static defenses contain PPC turrets, and backed up by missiles - ..."
and
"Almost all factories producing
war materiel divert some of their excess production to build up static
defenses, so factories that produce PPCs will likely have those
weapons mounted on many of their weapon turrets."

Page: none - info missing, Yamato and Ryu:
There is no info on what these mobile factory ships are manufacturing.

Suggest Fix:
Add entries for them. Yamato should at least be manufacturing the Wight.

"
We will be used to subdue the Capellan Confederation. We will be used to bring the Free Worlds League to heel. We will be used to
hunt bandits and support corrupt rulers and to reinforce the evils of the Inner Sphere that drove our ancestors from it so long ago."

pg. 42 under Local Militia section:

"If the system is advanced (A or B rating), a general guideline is to
assign approximately one company (round down) per 1 billion inhabitants."

Per this comment, it seems that the word "additional" should be added before company.

Initial Release, page 34:
All BattleMech names on this page need to be italicized.
Be the Loremaster:

Battletech transport rules take a very feline approach to moving troops in a combat zone: If they fits, they ships.

You bought the box set and are ready to expand your BT experience. Now what? (Thanks Sartis!)

p 35, Upcoming Projects, Luthien Armor Works
"With installations throughout the Combine, even producing Clantech units for the Nova Cats on Barcella, we can be sure that. . ."

Barcella's in Clan Space. LAW-Barcella is located in New Barcella (the city) on the planet Irece.
Suggest a correction to 'on Irece'

Initial release, page 17, Ningxia flavour text:

"This world was the base for the Ryoken-roku throughout most of the Jihad..."

It should be Ryuken-roku. Ryoken is a Clan OmniMech.

It's more interesting than optimal, and therefore better. O0 - Weirdo

page 3:
The Yamato mobile factory, now a key part of LAW’s apparatus, is now under constant guard by DCMS special forces, a clear indication of both the strained trust and the desperate codependence between the Combine and its industrial lynchpin.

As the Yamato is described elsewhere as being a spaceship, it is more likely garrisoned by DCA marine special forces.

also on page 3:
Combine JumpShip and WarShip production is unlikely ever to recover to their pre-Jihad levels. With the loss of nearly all heavy spacecraft manufacturing facilities and much of their combat fleet destroyed, the DCMS has already instituted a program to co-opt commercial JumpShips for troop movement, much like the Federated Suns did during the Fourth Succession War.

Should however definitely read

Combine JumpShip and WarShip production is unlikely ever to recover to their pre-Jihad levels. With the loss of nearly all heavy spacecraft manufacturing facilities and much of their combat fleet destroyed, the DCA has already instituted a program to co-opt commercial JumpShips for troop movement, much like the Federated Suns did during the Fourth Succession War.

page 8, Tomori Trans Industrial entry
Security at the Tomori plant was significantly increased when the DCMS ordered the company to construct new berths and increase their production rate.

DCMS should again be replaced by DCA, or at least Bureau of the Military since the production in question is dropships and small craft.

also on page 8: Wakizashi Enterprises entry
Another of Wakazashi’s aerospace plants, their Chatham facility includes a fully-equipped and staffed airport, capable of servicing any aerospace fighter common to DCMS forces, while also serving as a base for test flights of every fighter off the lines.

While the DCMS does use ASFs on loan from the DCA, it would be more accurate to replace DCMS with 'Combine' or 'Kuritan'.
