Star Adder saKhan Succession
« on: 13 April 2012, 11:18:06 »
Hello!  Thank you for the answers to prior questions.    :) Here's a new one, as obscure as it is.

Reading in FM: Crusader Clans, early Star Adder, p. 111, "Growing Up", Kensington Talasko is saKhan and then after the election of Clancy Truscott to Khan, we also have a new saKhan, the excellent Dembe N'Buta.    Did succession pass directly between the two saKhans?   Or did Clancy Truscott perhaps serve a time as saKhan briefly?   Or was he just straight up elected to Khan?  Or is this obscured and unclear for a reason.  Just wanted  to ask.

Here's the first few Star Adder Khans & saKhans (from a list I built back in the day):

Code: [Select]
        Khan                                    saKhan
2815 Absalom Truscott         2815 Devon LeFabre
2821 Devon LeFabre                 2821 Kensington Talasko
                        2832 Clancy Truscott
2833 Larissa Schuetz
2837 Clancy Truscott                 2837 Stephane Paik
                        2840 Lorraine Reisch
                        2844 Dembe N’Buta
2850 Dembe N’Buta                 2850 Neville Cathis

There's no particular story to the accessions, at least as I remember them. And, of course, since this was never published, it's all subject to change. But this'll take you into the Golden Century.

That's awesome!   Thanks for sharing The List, and yes, of course, all things are subject to change with regards to this matter.

And once more, thanks for answering questions like these.
