What is the method for converting damaged infantry units at Battleforce scale to Battletech scale?

Thank you.

The only difference needed for infantry is that the 30 needs to be modified by damage divisors for infantry.  In effect, apply SO p. 358, under Conventional Infantry, in reverse.  Conventional infantry divides the 30 by 2.  Mechanized apply the 30 in full.  Also divide the damage by any damage divisors for armor or beast-mounted infantry.  Unless the element has lost its one point of structure, leave at least 1 person in the element when converting damage.

Cheers.
