(Answered) Refits with Apollo, Artemis
« on: 29 November 2013, 00:45:44 »
Say I have a Violator, and I want to replace the Apollo guided MRM 10s with Artemis IV guided SRM 6s.  Are the guidance systems considered part of the weapon itself (making this a class A refit), or are they considered equipment (which I believe would be class C here).  Similarly, would removing the MRM 10s for Streak SRM 6s be a class A (swap of weapons of the same type) or class C (removal of non-weapon equipment)?

Thank you.

What about a refit where the FCS stays, but the launcher type changes?  Say if a LRM 5 with Artemis IV was replaced with a SRM 4 with Artemis IV?
