In many ways, Ya Galaxy(Named for the Cyrillic Backwards R "Я" character) is the noise that Clan Wolf makes as it scrapes the bottom of the barrel for ways to boost the strength of its Touman following its experiments in Empire Building. It would be difficult to find another unit with as broad a range of equipment, from Premium Clan Frontline Omnimechs down to the very dregs of machines barely fit for operation, converted industrialmechs and armor assets to bulk them out.

Leading this ragged pack of Wolves is the First Technical Administrative Cluster (1st TAC) which is composed of machines that the clan's technicians are having a hard time stitching back together after repeated battle damage. Piloting these zombie mechs are warriors too old for other units, too dishonorable for anyone else to stand, or other people just as broken as the mechs they pilot. Nonetheless, even the dirtiest and oldest warriors of this cluster are still dedicated to their clan.

Next is the Deep Fields Ad-Hoc Garrison Cluster. Led by a small cadre of loyal wolf warriors, this cluster is composed primarily of machines and warriors taken as isorla during recent hostilities with the Jade Falcons. Many of them were proponents of Malvina's toxic ideology and their loyalty must be proven. It is hoped that promoting them to mechwarrior so soon after the hostilities in which they were taken will not prove disastrous, and that being stationed with two other Wolf Clusters will help keep them loyal. They are perhaps some of the better equipped warriors of Ya Galaxy.

Rounding out Ya Galaxy's makeup is the Alpha Retest Training Cluster. Composed of warriors who did not graduate from their sibkos upon first testing, these warriors HAVE passed a remedial Trial of Position, but their skill level and aptitudes have led to this experimental formation, where seasoned warriors are assigned to lead them. Many in the clan view this as a waste of resources, so every mech, tank and rifle they have, are equipment that their officers have fought hard to bring them. Through the crucible of battle, it is hoped that the unworthy warriors can be burned away like impurities in metals refining, and that the worthy warriors can be promoted to greater units.

"The Gremlins"

The 1st TAC is a dumping ground for problem hardware and problem pilots. Members are either Dezgra, Sohlama who refuse to die, or are otherwise undesirable. Their hardware is beyond hand-me-downs, these machines have thoroughly had the life beaten from them by service to the clan. Unable to be properly restored any longer, this is their last stop before they are recycled for their scrap value. None of the hardware here is pristine and functional, none of it works properly. Ironically, as they are the only ones this low on the supply food chain, they have little trouble replacing downed machines with a new piece of scrap. Despite their flaws, only warriors who remain loyal to the clan see posting here. Those who are both flawed and disloyal tend to meet a more grisly fate.
