In evacuating their old Occupation Zone they lost somewhere between most to nearly all of their lower caste members.  They've had to make do with relying upon sphereoids of their conquered worlds, even allowing them to enlist in the Empire's Touman to maintain 2nd line numbers and a militia.  The Empire as of 3145 is selling their interstellar governance to the locals as 'just another inner sphere state' and unless things change in the near future, that's pretty much what it'll actually become: A successor state that happens to have alot of trueborns in its house army rather than traditional warrior family scions.

How is the work between lyran civilians and Clan Wolf  inside the Empire?

Most of the relevant info is in Bonfire of Worlds, and it's not conclusive.  Melissa Steiner held the Wolves lowercastemen as hostages to ensure the Wolves' good behavior, and it backfired.  It's unclear how many they managed to get back, but logically it couldn't have been more than a few dropship-loads.

Probably rather well, where those civilians consider themselves Empire citizens and ex-Lyran.

Certainly not, but Alaric Wolf does proclaim himself the rightful Archon of the Lyran Commonwealth.

The Wolf Empire is made up of worlds conquerted from the Lyran Commonwealth and the Marik-Stewart Commonwealth, as well a sa few from the former Republic of the Sphere. The Empire currently has a cease-fire agreement with the Free Worlds Leauge, and is openly at war with the Lyrans.

The Crusader Wolves extended an invitation to Wolf in Exile to join them, but the Exiles refused and remained loyal to the Lyran state, and are now consdiered to be enemies of the Empire. A few individual warriros have joined the Empire, and are hated by the Exiles for it.

They've left their occupation zone, and have converted lines in the empire to produce the Tomahawk II, Warwolf, Wulfen and Black Wolf Battle Armor. They also have some native production including but not limited to the R10 APC, Cheetah "Hawkeye" Recon ASF and a few mechs(though this is vague, especially since we can only guess what lines may have been replaced by the 3 mechs mentioned at the start)

The Empire moved some of its production facilities or set up new ones, but their Clantech manufacturing is very limited. They make three 'Mechs in limited numbers (Warwolf, Wulfen, Tomahawk II), one Tank (Aseir AA tank) and one Battle Armour (Black Wolf) but everything else is captured Inner Sphere facilities. Of course, given that the captured worlds include Keystone, Thermopolis and Solaris VII, that gives them an awful lot of production

The existing facilities in the OZ seem to have been mostly dismantled or scrapped, with the equipmen gone/wrecked but the physical buildings still standing. Any that survived wiuld now be in the hands of the Hells Horses

That's a question ...

The picture from your link shows something what looks as stylized version of Clan Wolf's galaxy insignia (minus a Greek alphabet letter) - and we know that the WizKids sometimes handled accuracy and canonicity loosely.

If you check the cover art of Era Report: 3145, you'll see a Wolf Savage Wolf with the traditional insignia of the Clan Wolf.

Your link shows the Steiner Fist too. However, cover art for the TRO:3145 - Lyran Commonwealth depicts Zeus and Scourge with the traditional Steiner insignia.

Entries for the Wolf Empire in FM3145 and ER3145 both use the traditional Clan Wolf insignia.

I know TDC said all but think where those civilian lowercaste members were sitting . . . which just happened to be the path the saKhan took three new galaxies worth of troops in salvaged and recently produced gear to blood.  It would be the same worlds.  Also, if you read the fluff on the Wolf galaxies one frontline is consider 'unWolf-like' because its position guarding the transition points ended up going on the offensive against the Lyrans and taking a lot of depots.

I think recent material backs off them losing the chosen transfers.  But those chosen to transfer to the new Empire are a drop in a bucket compared to those left behind.
