Good sources NPCS

Any good sources of NPCs out there published or fan based, ones that are fully equipped would be nice too.

If you fish around for all the a time of war quick star rule (there is three of em), you have 14 pre-made character in all. And in the a time of war companion, you have more archetype, and then some more powerful character as well.
