Where did the DC produce it's Warhammers?

The Draconis Combine uses a couple of unique variants of the Warhammer but I've been unable to track down where they are or were built.  The only reference I've been able to find is this post from herb. http://bg.battletech.com/forums/index.php/topic,10613.msg251857.html#msg251857 indicating that they were not in production as of 3079 but not where they were originally built.
