for Infantry, page 216 of the rules state:
Clear Terrain: Conventional infantry hit while in Clear terrain suffer twice the normal damage. This includes damage received from infantry and burst-fire weapons, as well as other nonconventional infantry-mounted weapons, Area Effect weapons and so on.
Am I correct in reading this as ALL weapon attacks, regardless of source. Example a Large Laser, which does 8 points of damage, as per the Table on Page 216, would do 8/10 for 0.8 damage rounds to 1 trooper hit, caught in Clear terrain is then x2 for 2 troopers hit?
I guess my confusion is coming from the "and so on" part of the Clear Terrain rules.
