Jordan Wais
« on: 01 August 2011, 06:30:41 »
I've noticed recently that in Handbook: Major Periphery States, there's a system named Jordan Weis in the Outworlds Alliance, depicted on maps going back to the Age of War. It caught my eye because I'd been re-reading bits of the 1st and 2nd Edition Periphery sourcebooks, where the system's name is Jordan Wais. I was wondering if the name change was a typo, or if it's perhaps a homage to Jordan Weisman?

On a more general note, thank you for all the gorgeous maps in the various Handbooks - I really love having accurate maps going back to the Age of War and beyond, both for historical games and because they simply look really good.

It's more interesting than optimal, and therefore better. O0 - Weirdo

I'm glad you enjoy the maps.

Jordan Weis/Wais is probably a unconcious typo that has crept in that no one has discovered.
