Packet Pump error again

So I ran into another packet pump error, so as requested I am attaching the log and save game. 

I don't think there are any customs involved, but let me know if it needs any other files. 

Version is 43.3

Let me know if this is a known issue or if I need to open a bug report on git.

Best to put the save and logs on the trackers, it will get lost here.
