In July of 2772, the Star League Navy arrived in the Lone Star system with the intent to liberate it from the Amaris troops located there. Having engaged the forces at the zenith jump point, the XLIV Corps moved into the system to make landfall on Lone Star itself. Approximately two days out, the fleet was engaged by the nadir fleet and casper drones who inflicted heavy damage on the troop carrying dropships. The hardest hit was the 138th Mechanized Division (The Chicago Division), who suffered catastrophic losses to the casper drones. Eventually the fleet did make it to the planet surface and started what would be a bloody and brutal campaign against the forces of the Usurper.

This game takes place with the idea that what remained of the 138th Division made it down and continued on in their duty.

The standard Chicago rules will be in play. And certain units in the game will be using above average tech.

All materials will be provided. All the players will need is themselves, dice, and a writing utensil.

Wish I could be there. Mind you, we did see units from the 138th on Valentina in 2774 ... in my headcanon, or at least minis, anyway ;)

Looking forward to it.

A very good game, thanks to Wolfreaper for putting it together.  Great to see everyone.

The Division was victorious in a hard fought block to block slugfest.  Hermes > Amaris Dragoons!  Hope to see everyone in February.
