The Infernus is built on a Celestial chassis but it is not an omnimech. Its a rather odd mix of spare parts likely put together in a spare factory on Terra. These mechs were encountered in cities, seemingly on purpose to deny them to the invaders once they had been defeated.
And then you notice the scary Fission Engine, full of radioactive materials mated to the torso booby trap to ensure that it spreads over a wide area if the enemy of the Master seem to be on the verge of victory.
