Primitive Shadow Hawk availability

Last year I saw it mentioned that the Primitive Shadow Hawk would be made available before the end of 2014 on its own in the webstore but there is still no sign of it, any chance we will see it sometime int he near future?

I might have to pick that one up just for my personal collection. Now if only we could get a Shadow Hawk IIC 8......
