Warship design needed - SLDF Fleet tender.

The idea for this one is a fleet tender, much like the RN's Fort Victoria or the USN's AOR/AOE type vessels - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supply-class_fast_combat_support_ship and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RFA_Fort_Victoria_(A387) as examples

These are big and chunky ladies, they are not built for combat but to support the fleet, acting as tankers, mobile grav decks for crews needing rest, carrying spares, ammunition, fuel, food, water, replacement Mech's, Aerospace fighters and tanks, anything that the military might need to support long engagements far away from the supply lines of the Hegemony.  I know this might seem a bit strange but dropships need fuel and Jumpships are too vulnerable alone and slow/specialized.  They would travel at the heart of a battlegroup, operating as a mobile arsenal and supply centre, or rest point for crews who have to stay in washing machine grav decks. 
A large MASH is needed, armament can be limited to barracudas for anti-fighter work and a range of other mech scale weapons for point defence as well as a heavy (by the standards of the time) AMS defence. 

Six dropships and a large number of shuttle bays are required (to allow for transfer of troops/supplies) As well as two docking collar adaptions on the left and right broadside to allow the ship to dock alongside other vessels to also transfer over supplies etc. A hose/sprayer and refueling drogue system is required and the design must have a single, but large grav-deck (it runs the length of the ships interior)

Speed is not really needed, but 3/5 would be desirable and LF battery is a must.  Length, about 800 meters, and massing 830,000 tons so they are cruiser sized vessels.

We're looking at a lot of liquid aye, she'd carry both or have her tanks filled with one or what ever was needed.  She'd carry fuel, water, coolant, anything that was needed but 100k sounds about right for liquids etc. Or what ever you can fit into her without compromising her spares capacity etc, the MASH etc.
