(Answered) (Errata) Enhanced Prosthetics
« on: 20 February 2017, 07:17:52 »
AToW Companion, pages 51 vs. 186:

On page 186 (under Equipment, last paragraph on that page):
"Prosthetic limbs of Types 4 or 5 can incorporate up to two enhancements each...If a prosthetic limb incorporates one item, it is referred to as an Enhanced Prosthetic. If it incorporates two enhancements, it is referred to as an Improved Enhanced Prosthetic."

But on page 51, (under the Expanded Implant/Prosthetics Table), "Enhanced Prosthetic" is characterized as Type 4E (for +5 Trait Points), while "Improved Enhanced Prosthetic" is listed as Type 5E (for +6 Trait Points), implying that Type 4s can only incorporate one enhancement, while only Type 5s can incorporate two.  If they're possible at all, how many Trait Points would a Type 4 with two enhancements or a Type 5 with one be?

The table needs 2 more entries.
A type 4 IEP would be 6 Trait points.
A type 5 EP would be 5 Trait Points.
The solution is just ignore Paul.

So... The full table would like this?

Type 4 (no enhancements) +4 TP
Type 4E (one enhancement) +5 TP
Type 4IE (two enhancements) +6 TP

Type 5 (no enhancements) +5 TP
Type 5E (one enhancement) +5 TP ???
Type 5IE (two enhancements) +6 TP ???

Is that what you meant, or should the Type 5's be:

Type 5 (no enhancements) +5 TP
Type 5E (one enhancement) +6 TP
Type 5IE (two enhancements) +7 TP

Either way, thanks for looking into this!
