Not sure if this is an error, but it is a discrepancy. Armaments & Weapons and Ammo sections uses Binary Laser Cannon while all instances on Record Sheets use Binary Laser (Blazer) Cannon.
Solution: Add (Blazer) if required.

"Kalasa worked closely with the Exarch over the next week until Labov could resume command"
Issue: RG24 p. 11 states Labrov was out of action for "several weeks." Even after Labrov returned to command she "functioned more as an observer" until the final clash for the capital. Per Era Digest: Dark Age p. 6, this final battle took place "nearly a month" after the battle began.
Solution: Resolve the discrepancy in whichever source. I'm inclined lean towards "several weeks."

Record Sheet, Rime Otter D

Problem: The Rime Otter D mounts a Narc Missile Beacon Laucher. The SRM-6 ammunition contained in the right arm is standard SRM-6 ammunition. While the Rime Otter D does not have to mount Narc-capable SRM ammunition, other 'Mechs with Narc launcher (for instance, the ARC-5S Archer from Volume 10) have customarily used Narc-capable ammunition.

Solution: Replace "Ammo (SRM 6)" with "Ammo (SRM 6 Narc-capable)"

ilClan Recognition Guide, Volume 19 (original and updated)

Record Sheet for Iron Cheetah B:

Problem?: It is unclear if this is a problem. But a few observations led me to suspect an issue.

In the updated version of the pdfs, the Iron Cheetah B has a lower arm actuator on the left arm, but only has an upper arm actuator on the right arm.
In the original pdf version, the Iron Cheetah B has lower arm actuators on both arms.
In both versions, all other configurations of the Iron Cheetah lack arm actuators, and most are able to flip their arms. Additionally, as this is designed by Clan Smoke Jaguar, it feels strange to have the extra arm actuator.

I can not check the 1993 FASA Update at the moment to see if the actuator configurations were specified.

Solutions: 1) There is no problem, the Iron Cheetah B was supposed to have a lower arm actuator on the left arm.
2) There is a problem, we did not intend to change the lower arm actuator configurations from the original pdf.
3) There is a problem, neither were supposed to have any lower arm actuators.

Cosmetic Problem: In the right torso, the order of the weapons are (Cl) ER Large Laser, Streak SRM 4, and (Cl) ER Medium Laser.

Cosmetic Solution: Reorder the weapons in the right torso (Cl) ER Large Laser, (Cl) ER Medium Laser, Streak SRM 4.

Record Sheet, AS8-S Atlas

Problem: The updated record sheet specifies the three CASE II systems are Clan-spec. However, the original (with IS-spec CASE II) was balanced. Therefore, making the 3 CASE II Clan-spec leaves the AS8-S 1.5 tons undermass.
I looked for something else added to utilize the extra 1.5 tons, but I could not find anything, and confirmed this by noting the BV (2.0) is unchanged at 2,789.

Solution: 1) revert to the original record sheet, making the CASE II systems IS-spec.
2) there is sufficient left over space to add 1.5 tons of equipment.

Record Sheet, Atlas C (updated and original):

Problem: As a mixed-tech BattleMech, weapon systems (4x IS Medium Lasers, 1x Cl Ultra AC/20, 1x Cl LRM-20, 1x Cl Streak SRM 6) should identify the tech base on the critical diagram.

Solution: Label the criticals with tech labels for Clan equipment "[Clan]"

Problem: According to MUL, the Atlas C debuted in the Early Succession Wars (2830). Mixed technology base units are "Advanced" (TRO: 3145, p. 218) or "Experimental" (TRO:Prototypes, p. 208) until ~3082.
The record sheet from the original Rec Guide pdf has the Rules Level as "Experimental".
The record sheet from the updated Rec Guide pdf has the Rules Level as "Standard".

Solution for the original record sheet: Change the Rules Level of the Atlas C to "Advanced" if the Rules Level should be revised after the publication of TRO:3145. Otherwise, no change is required.

Solution for the updated record sheet: Even when using the revised Rules Levels from TRO:3145, units debuting before ~3082 should not be "Standard" rules. Therefore, change the Rules Level to either "Experimental" (TRO:Prototypes) or "Advanced" (TRO:3145).

Rim Motors is in Otisberg, in the Timbuktu Collective. So, either Rim Motors opened a factory in Erod’s Escape (Calderon Protectorade), or the planet mentioned should be "Otisberg", or the company mentioned should be "Protectorate Military Industries".

I had to take a double take myself (and English is my first language, so don't worry), but yes, that's how I interpreted it: produced by both Rim Motors (Otisberg) and PMI (Erod's Escape).
