P22 Line 2.
Reads
"Kurita, Vladimir’s eighteen-year-old sister"

Should read
"Kurita, Vladimir’s eighteen-year-old daughter" if family tree continuity is to be kept in tact from the old book.

How should something important left out be reported as errata?

i.e. No mention of Leonard Kurita's drunken incident in the court of the Star League in 2604, where he killed one of the First Lord's Guards. I think that is too important a detail to leave out.

Pg 32
2nd paragraph, 1st sentence
"With the Leonard’s death, relations between the Combine and the Star League slowly edged away from the precipice of all-out war."

Fix: delete "the" from "With the Leonard’s death...", so it should read, With Leonard’s death..."

Map for the DC in 2571 has Luthien as the capital. It should be New Samarkand as the capital was not moved until 2617.

No, absences aren't errata.
Also, instead of making multiple posts, just edit in your future discoveries into a single post.

Page 41, first paragraph under section entitled "Unforgiving Blood":

Quote
Despite losing just over one hundred vessels during the Kuritan ambush in Cholmane...

"in Cholmane" should be corrected to "at Cholame".

Page 70, sidebar entitled "The Kokuryu-kai Enigma":

Quote
The Kokuryu-kai claims six grievances with the Coordinator:

Only five are listed. Either the above quote should be changed from six to five, or a sixth should be added (probably the former for simplicity's sake, but obviously if there's previous fluff precedent for the sixth the latter course would be preferable).

p51, 6th paragraph continuing onto p52:

"With his subsequent order, the Coordinator ended the Combine’s part in the Second Succession War. After reviewing their position, the Coordinator and his top military advisors believed they had come out on top again, with gains along both fronts. Eighteen Steiner and fourteen Davion systems were now in the Dragon’s fold, as well as all of its former worlds previously occupied by the Federated Suns. Conversely, the Dragon lost nine worlds to the Commonwealth and twenty-two to the Davions.."

1. According to the map on HBHK p53, showing the border status at the end of the 2nd SW, the Kuritans captured 19 Steiner worlds not 18 which matches the post-2nd SW map in HBHS (p40).

(Captured from Steiner according to map: 1. New Caledonia 2. Verthandi 3. Harvest 4. Planting 5. Ridderkerk 6. Basiliano 7. Karbala 8. Al Hillah 9. Orestes 10. Tukayyid 11. Dehgolan 12. Grumium 13. Rubigen 14. Najha 15. Pilkhua 16. Chandler 17. Numki 18. Sulafat 19. Lambrecht)

Suggested fix: change "Eighteen Steiner" to "Nineteen Steiner" in third sentence of above text.

2. According to the map on HBHK p53, the Kuritans captured 15 Davion worlds, not 14 as per the above quote, however there is a discrepancy between that map and the post-2nd SW map in HBHD (p60). The HBHK map still shows Saumar, but that system is missing from the HBHD map, so the count of worlds in the above quote may be counted as correct and the map incorrect, or vice versa.

(Captured from Davion according to map: 1. Alnadal 2. Klathandu IV 3. Xhosa VII 4. Breed 5. Dobson 6. Royal 7. New Ivaarsen 8. Lucerne 9. Rochester 10. Robinson 11. Franklin 12. New Aberdeen 13. Harrow's Sun 14. Colia 15. Saumur)

Suggested fix: Either remove Saumar from map on HBHK p53 or change "fourteen Davion" to "fifteen Davion" in third sentence of above text.

3. The end of the third sentence in the above quote has the claim that the Kuritans had recaptured "all of its former worlds previously occupied by the Federated Suns", however according to the maps on HBHK p53 and HBHD p54 Udibi was still in Davion possession. Udibi was a Kuritan world captured by the Davions during the 1st SW as per the map on HBHK p43 and HBHD p54.

Suggested fix: Remove ", as well as all of its former worlds previously occupied by the Federated Suns" at the end of the third sentence.

4. According to the map on HBHK p53, the Davions captured 13 Kuritan worlds not 22, with Liao capturing an additional 6.

(Captured by Davion according to map: 1. Quentin 2. Errai 3. Deneb Kaitos 4. Addicks 5. Ozawa 6. New Rhodes III 7. Mallory's World 8. Mara 9. Benet III 10. Cassias 11. Niles 12. Bryceland 13. Wittington)

(Captured by Liao according to map: 1. Fomalhaut 2. Hean 3. Ankaa 4. Ronel 5. New Florence 6. Tybalt)

Suggested fix: Change fourth sentence from "Conversely, the Dragon lost nine worlds to the Commonwealth and twenty-two to the Davions.." to "Conversely, the Dragon lost nine worlds to the Commonwealth, thirteen to the Davions and six to the Capellans."

Print edition, p. 26
The Bloody Knot of Von Rohrs sidebar
"Kruger officially took over around 2520"

The McAllister Rebellion took place in 2510 (see p. 27).  So this should say "Kruger officially took over in 2510"

Print and PDF (1st printing)
p. 172, Pesht Tawagoto Saru entry

Selected stats are as follows...

Height: 900 cm
Width: 2.5 meters
Weight: 65 kg
Size: Medium (+0)

That size (+0) is supposed to be human/refrigerator size.  The listed weight of 65 kg corresponds to a creature the size of an average human (currently).

Presuming the width of 2.5 meters indicates the length of the creature on all fours, change Height to 90 cm.

5th page of art insert and pg. 156

Sanethia Kurita is portrayed as a man on the 1000 ryu bill.

Solution: Change the name of the figure on the bill to another important (but male) coordinator.

Subject: Dragonstar Assault Transport pp 190-191, 202

Problem: Conflicting writeup

Summary: Write up for the Dragonstar variant, the Dragonstar Assault Transport (3060) or Dragonstar AT, notes the update small craft has a Battle Armor Compartment, while in the record sheet on page 202 showed the variant has a Battle Armor Bay. Compartment is meant for short-distant travel lacks means of housing the 12 troopers while Bay is able to.

Print (and probably PDF) first printing

Subject: Obuzaabaa Tactical Vehicle & Sasayaku Control Transport pp 194 & 206

Problem: Right/Left mismatch

Summary: The statblocks for both vehicles list cargo bays with doors on the right side of the vehicles.  The artwork on pages 194 and 206 clearly depicts the doors being on the left side of the vehicles.

Suggestion: Alter statblocks to put doors on the left side, or invert the artwork to depict the doors on the right side.

Print and PDF (1st printing).

ISSUE ONE -- p. 127, in the fifth paragraph of the sub-section "PESHT GOVERNMENTAL DISTRICT" describing Kagoshima Prefecture:

"The recent reacquisition of Miyada, Sighisoara, and Worrell from the New Samarkand Prefecture has brought additional honor to the region. These three worlds, traditionally part of the Pesht District, were 'lost' in a bureaucratic war during the late 2900s. The late Duchess Tomoe Sakade was instrumental in bringing the three back into the fold." [Emphasis mine.]

ISSUE TWO -- p. 126, in the third paragraph of the sub-section "GALEDON GOVERNMENTAL DISTRICT" describing New Samarkand Prefecture:

"The more emotional contests occur on Miyada, Sighisoara, and Worrell ever since they were reabsorbed within the Pesht Governmental District." [Emphasis mine.]

.
.
.

Miyada, Sighisoara, and Worrell are never shown on any map as part of the Pesht District and are always shown on all maps as part of New Samarkand Prefecture (including those after the late 2900s).

SOLUTION: It seems more likely that the three worlds poached by New Samarkand Prefecture were actually Hassi R'mel, Charity, and Monywa given their isolated location within the Pesht District.

Nissan 8G-12 is used in the fluff, but both tables say SG-12. IO:AE used 8G-12
Correction: Replace with 8G-12
