(Answered) Towed Units and Terrain

The towing rules in ASC are on pages 31-32, but don't address the issue of different motive types between tower and towed with regards to terrain prohibitations.

What happens when a towing unit drags a trailer into terrain that's legal for the tower but prohibited to the trailer? (for example, a tracked towing unit pulling a wheeled trailer into woods terrain)

If the terrain is prohibited, then the unit cannot move into that terrain, even if it's being towed.  The towing unit isn't allowed to break the prohibited terrain rule, for itself or for the unit towed.
