If it does then that is a 5 plus the skill (+4) plus the targets TMM (1-3 typically).
so a 10 to hit a slow mech - a 12 for a +3. Ouch.

Upcoming errata. The DFA modifier should be changed to +1 and then stack with jumping (for a total of +3). No, don't stack the +3 DFA and the +2 jumping.
