A while ago, I was contacted about doing a BattleTech wedding piece. They wanted an Atlas and a Wyvern holding hands, and "dressed" in wedding attire. The wedding is now past, and I have been cleared to post these pictures.

Not being one for modding or reposing, I asked Mr. Balk to do the positioning, while I did the painting and the dress.

Was it on top of the cake? And did the dish's have names of planets within the Capellan Confederation on them? Inquiring minds want to know!

Very nice work. Now take them off and put them onto individual hex bases and send them into battle. ;)

No. That was one of the things I needed to know before we started. If it were going to be on the cake, I would have used a plastic base.

It was a present to the wedding couple.

Hey, thanks for the fantastic work! My cousin "Sherlox" (and best man) gave this to us as a surprise gift for our wedding in Denver. Boy was it a fantastic surprise! We actually ended up putting it on top of the cake. I'll post some pictures of it once we get our wedding photos back.
