Very strong work! Can you walk us through the steps?

And yes, I suppose I could put up with some close-up pics of these lovely 'Mechs ...

Sweet O0

Good thing we play a lot of Alpha Strike.

I like the nice, subdued gold you have on these.  My golds always tend toward the bright and shiny.  Just once I'd like to manage this look.

Very cool, sir. O0

(May I ask where you acquired all of the extra sashimonos? I've been trying to figure out what to use on for a company of minis I'm doing. Did you "borrow" them from other minis? Or are they available in IWM Scrapyard?)

not bad, painting the studs of the armor on the Shogunmechs black or red might break up the solid gold a little bit

Those look great! Awesome gold, as has been stated.

(Although I'm not a big fan of the 3145 Kurita sculpts, except the new Dragon. Just a personal thing, I know a lot of people love them, same with the Celestials for me. :) ).

To all asking about the gold. It's Folkart paint. When I finish painting I give the fig a gloss coat. I use crylon paints. Decals adhere to gloss better. I then do a dull/Flat coat. Thats why the gold isn't shiney. O0
