Exodus era Star League Royal Lance.  I'm going  to say the Lance commander was a big kaijuu film buff and modified his ANH-1G Annihilator after Gigan From Godzilla

That color scheme works!  Gigan was always one of my favorites - his awesome 'razor-wheel' needs to be in BT somehow, someway. . .
