I swore I asked this in the past but I could not find the thread nor do I ever remember getting an answer.
But what refit/customization class is it to remove a Hand/Lower Arm actuator ?
What about Adding one ?
I know for Omnimechs its easy. But for standard mechs I'm not sure if it should be D or E. (Or a 3rd option)
D Class is for "Move a Component"
E Class is for "Change Myomer Type"
