Page 97 of stratops specifies that AMS on fighters can engage one missile attack per turn, but large craft, as far as I can tell dropships, jumpships, space stations and warships, can engage as many missile attacks as they can manage as limited by heat or ammo.
Where do small craft fit in this?

SO p. 97, AMS section: "(For this rule, treat Small Craft as Large Craft.)"
So for the purposes of AMS usage, Small Craft get to shoot multiple times per turn up to heat and ammo limits, as per DropShips, JumpShips, etc.
