If the person in charge of this can wait till the 8th of May for my payment I will pledge the remaining $50 to get it funded and that will make my total pledge $90

I volunteer Feenix for it. I would step forward to do it but I have way too much on my plate at this time.

Thanks TS_Hawk for noting my decision not to contribute to the funding of this resculpt and then volunteering me to lead anyway . . . I now know how Ulric Kerensky felt on his election to ilKhan  :D

Following some correspondence with B-3, confirm "I have the Lead".

Highlander Re-sculpt Fundicators - "heads-up" as I am Australia-based therefore there will be some changes to the arrangements to collecting the monies. More details later but basically the arrangements will be designed to minimise the fees that we would have to pay to Paypal and thus reduce our contribution to the ebay/Paypal executive jet.

I will aim to do have the admin details and PMs to the Fundicators out this evening (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time, which is GMT+10). Now I have to go toddler-wrangling for the day, so my wife can get her university assignment finished.

In the meantime I leave you with this to keep you entertained:

Ladies and gentlemen,

By my calculation the Highlander HGN-732 Resculpt is funded.

I have the following Fundicators:
Bartholomew bartholomew - $25 (paid)
D.Jensen - $50 (paid)
Weirdo - $25 (paid)
MidfieldMarauder - $50 (paid)
TS_Hawk - $40 + $50 (paid)
Klat - $200 + $100 (for the HGN-734 variant arm with the LB-20X AC in place of the Gauss Rifle) (paid)
God and Davion - $100 (paid)
Spaceman - $60 (paid)
Heavyguard - $75 (paid)
Lyran_Rainboom - $50 (paid)
faithless - $25 (paid)
Fletch - $50 (paid)

which gives us a total of $900.

EDIT - fixed details of the HGN-734 variant arm, payment status updated.

EDIT - all payments have been sent to B-3

Ladies and getlemen,

Please send your pledges directly to B-3 via PayPal, I will send a PM to each of you with B-3's Paypal account details and the amount of your pledge. To send your money, use the "Send money to friends and family" option when logged into PayPal. In the comments, please add your BT forum username followed by "IWM Fan Finance (Highlander Resculpt)". This will assist B-3 and I keep track of payments made.

Once you have done this, please PM me your names and email addresses. I will then on-forward these to speck at IWM, who will email you your IWM webstore credit voucher.

The reason for this change in the normal process is because Paypal now charge a percentage fee (between 0.5-3.3% depending on the country) for using the "Send money to friends and family" to send money overseas. As I am Australia-based, you would get charged a fee for sending your money overseas to me and then I will charged for the privilege of sending the money overseas back to B-3. So to cut out the middle-man (me) and so that we do not collectively fund the ebay (as the owners of Paypal) Christmas bonuses and executive jet, I have made arrangements with B-3 for you to send your monies directly to him via Paypal.

If you are unable to fulfill your pledge because Marsellus Wallace wants his money back with interest or if your pledge payment will be delayed because you had a big weekend in Vegas, have a hangover and lost your wallet, please do not hesitate to PM me. This will allow me to keep everybody informed of our progress so that your fellow Fundicators are not left in a vacuum wondering why everything has gone quiet and start to worry that B-3 and/or I have disappeared to the Caymen Islands with the money.

"Fundicators, rollout."

Regards,

Feenix74

Um Fee technically its $950 with Fletch so if I drop the $50 that I was pledging to make it the $900 thanks to Fletch then I can just do the $40 today and no need to wait :) And we are still funded at $900 :)

The original mini is too small, the proportions are wrong.

Is this new sculpt going to be taller than the old mini?

49mm sounds good. That is as tall as the IIc. So it won't be a midget anymore. Thanks

Still working on final scaling and the additional arm, not sold on 49mm just yet (it might need to be a tad taller).

Super happy to see this one get funded!! I've piloted the HGN-732 in more TT games than any other mech (including Clan chassis).
Second place goes to the Highlander IIC. Can't wait to see what Mr. Behrle does with this guy! Thanks all.

I will have my part of the funding sent by no later than Friday May 1. I'll probably have a chance to send it sooner but that's the worst case scenario.

Sorry for the delay.

My calculations have us at $900 including your extra $50. You are welcome to double check my calculations or trawl through the thread to identify any pledges that I may have missed. Alternatively, if we get a late additional Fundicator then we can always drop back your extra $50.

Cheers and thanks D.Jensen.

A quick update, all Fundicators have reported in. We are still awaiting funds transfer from a handful but that is all undercontrol, at current forecast we should be funded in two weeks time.

Thank you all for your assistance in making this a smooth and seamless process so far.

I should have mine in around 18:00 hrs. PST today.

Then I'm going to have a bottle of beer.
