The stealth armour feels a bit odd here. Normally you see that on mechs that want to stay out of the fight, not ones that jump into close range. But I guess the cost is pretty minimal(an ECM is good here anyway, so it's just the 12 slots), so I can imagine using it as you're closing in, and turning it off when you get into short range.

That was pretty much the Idea. I could see Liao forces using this as a hit-and-run raider, stealthing in, turning it off and hitting a target while the ECM makes retaliation a bit tricky, then turning it back on and making a quick escape. Plus, it seemed odd that for a mech with such a long history there were NO Liao variants that I've ever seen.

I'd ditch that essentially useless MG Array to CASE all the ammo in the LT. Other than that I don't see anything that really needs to be changed. :)
