When constructing a power generator, does the building that houses the generator count against its number of supplied buildings?
Example:
I construct a 12-ton Petrol ICE power generator and house it in its own 1-hex, 1-level building. Can this generator supply 7 or 8 hexes worth in buildings other than the one it is housed in?
(note: there is an inverse scaling effect applying to the difference, making this slightly less relevant for larger generators)
