SSW won't run on new laptop

Any ideas I've downloaded the most up to date SSW and Java but it's just not starting

Did you add Java? Win10 purposely leaves out Java on their new builds last i checked.

I did but each time SSW just won't launch even with a command prompt

That odd, mine launches fine on my Surface 3.  She has Win10 as well. I had to add Java to make it work. I'm suppose to be getting new laptop, i wonder if i will have the same issue.

Will MekLab work on your machine?
