Developed during the fires of the jihad, Luthien Armor Works found a cache of old chargers still in operational condition.

The armor was mostly destroyed however but the chassis was solid, and the fusion engine was good.

With a spare amount of TSM and an oversupply of Irian supplied Diverse Optic sunbeam extended medium and small range lasers.

After the first tests they found the fire power wasnt sufficient to generate TSM, so they utilised an XL gyro to provide the extra free weight even though it is more delicate.

The final part of the puzzle is StarSlab-7 Heavy Ferro-Fibrous armor.

Further testing found the mech to be effective at close range and while it didnt have much long range, its speed could get it to close quickly with its opponents.

A kick from one of those would be rather scary. And although a little weak on the firepower until near point blank, it’s pretty scary in AS terms.

Chargers are always a favorite. Well done!

The plan with any Charger seems to be "get in close and punch and kick something to death." and it works well. I've used the old 1A's to much surprise and success this way many times over the years. THESE however really emphasize this aspect and the threat is multiplied accordingly. Love them!

Well, the arms and armor are still not much to write home about... But as a relatively quick-and-dirty upgrade it does the job pretty well. :)

I would probably have stayed with SHS and less weapons to get more armor, but whatever works.
