It looks pretty good; MMLs are a natural fit here for the Quickdraw, I do find it kinda odd that it took until 3080 for people to upgrade the medium lasers to ER and the 1 ton TC is a nice touch. Part of me really wants to add CASE for the MML ammo bins though. Either by removing a little armour, one DHS or down grading the MMLs to a single MML9. I lean towards the last option but that's more of an instinctive dislike of Artemis on smaller launchers than a practical consideration.

As a side note, I think you made a typo in your introduction. MMLs were introduced in 3068 rather than 3058.

I made a Royal Quickdraw some time ago. The XL is more vulnerable than the Light Engine, of course. But with the Artemis supported LRM and the ER Larger it has good long range firepower, and the SRM and the Medium Pulse Lasers also deliver precise firepower at close-range. It's main weakness is that it isn't jump capable anymore.
