I was wondering how many tele-operated capital missiles can be in flight and guided from an individual launcher simultaneously?  The specific example being a Kraken-T launcher fires a missile but only uses one thrust/fuel point  to give the missile a very low initial velocity. The next turn, the launcher fires a second missile, gives it two thrust points to catch up to the first missile fired...would both be able to be guided simultaneously until they can make their attack run(s) on a given target together?

Are you citing a specific example in the book? If so, page number?

No. I'm asking a question since I haven't see a particular reference that says that you can't fire a missile each firing round, keep them in flight using a minimum of fuel points until you have several missiles in flight, then have them all engage a single targets at the same time using their remaining fuel points.

Hello,

As a matter of fact there were rules for this written. They are advanced rules intended for Space Ops. We have recently discovered that they were accidentally omitted from SO and they will be issued as Errata in the near future.

Under standard Total Warfare rules, only one Tele-Operated missile may be "in flight" at a time. Launching a second one will cause the first to cease operating.

Best,

Greetings,

The attached rules will be added to the next errata of SO. These are advanced game play rules and only may be used if all players agree to the use of them.

Thank you,
