Sorry.  Utterly unassociated with what's going on now, but I was looking through things and had a memory triggered...

"You know you're really in trouble when the UrbanMechs are charging the Battlemaster..."

shadhawk: I'm thinking the Badger Prime.  I already have the omni pods to outfit 3 Badgers (Configs. B, C, and D), so it makes sense to get another vehicle of the same model.  It also lets me ferry all my BA units around (2 Basic IS armor in one, my infantry platoon in other w/ my remaining Fa Shih armor riding on top).  Thanks for the help.

I was considering the Maultier APC, but it only has 3 tons for infantry.
Before he leaves, I want the dealer to know that I will buy any one of the following from him upon his return:
Phoenix Hawk (3D, 3K, 3M, 3S, 4L)

Hi.  Some questions and purchases:

Party #1:  Purchasing the Maultier.  As much as the Plainsman would be tougher, the Maultier is just as fast and has cargo room.  What is the dealer's markup on this?  Gotta keep track of my ill-gotten gains...

Party #2:  Nuc will be purchasing both UrbanMechs.  How much additional do I have to lay out to avoid anyone noticing my purchasing these two and getting them to my hidden forest stronghold???

Thanks-
John

Mech technician that hasn't been met yet.  Hopefully, sometime in the next week or two I'll post something introducing him, at least to the players.

The 4 L is the only he will not be able to get. The fact the just started production in 3066 and are the Confederations new hot toy.

Any of the others he can get the 3K would be the quickest. Standard pricing cost + the 1.5 markup

OK you know that thing is 8,288,490 C-bills plus the markup so it will cost you 12,432,735. The good news is you only have to give him half now and the rest on delivery. That's a lot of coin my friend.

Soon after the end of the battle, four VTOL's begin circling the area in a search pattern. After a while a pair of Peacekeeper VTOL's land and the pair of Warrior H7C's continue to circle the area. Upon landing, the Saganami Household Guard Security markings are easily observable and eight individuals in navy blue TDU's exit each craft, some taking up watch over the field. SWAT Team 3 Leader Sergeant Caedmon Fukuro introduces himself and his second, Constable David Paetkau to Sergeant Edilenny Exhume and explains they have arrest warrants and orders to transport the prisoners to Detention Facility Two for interrogation and processing. The prisoners are presented with their charges, are searched for Intel, electronics, weapons, tools and drugs, then shackled split up and taken aboard the two Peacekeeper VTOL's. After the prisoners are secure they take off and are soon joined by their escort and travel away.

Special Agent Kajika Huffman has reviewed all the interrogations of the prisoners captured in the Silverbridge area. Unfortunately they contain very little useful information, mostly posturing. The profiling suggests that a less formal setting may be more productive. He recommends that that they be placed as a group in the constantly monitored maximum security block among the general population, so that conversations and other movements may be recorded and analyzed for actionable intelligence.

The Cypress Basin is a combination of wetlands and river delta area where the Yoshino-gawa and Suburashi Bei converge. The basin contains about sixty percent forest habitat and forty percent marsh and open water. The basins dense bottomland hardwoods, swamps, overflow lakes and meandering bayous provide tremendous diversity of habitat for more than two hundred species of resident and migratory birds and numerous other wildlife including great eagles, golden bears, coywolves, alligators and snakes. The basin, susceptible to long periods of deep flooding is sparsely inhabited. The few roads that cross it are elevated or follow the tops of levees. Prisoner interrogation yielded few results. Sparse information came from another prisoner eavesdropping on several conversations. The group arrived approximately two months ago and established compartmentalized mobile base camps within the Cypress Basin that move regularly, avoiding satellite coverage. The units consist of an unknown quantity of infantry and mechanized infantry that use, thus far traditional Kuritan tactics and doctrine.

Nejiro Control to Much Commands your new orders are to prep for a recon mission.
This mission will be in the Cypress Basin.
The area is marsh and swamp lands.
You are to send units in to the area to see if any forces are operating in this area and report back. Comunications in this area is limited.
Due to limited transport units you can bring only two units.

Nejiro control to Preceptor Wilkes can you supply two units to aid in our search of the Cypress Basin?
Roger that Control.
Preceptor Wilkes to Adept Sanchez you will need to prep to units to help Nejiro recon the Cypress Basin.

Do our orders imply that we should be engaging armed forces that we come across?
