Dola left arm; missing or miscast

I have a Dola with what appears to be either a miscast left arm or a missing bit. Is the left arm on the Dola one or two pieces? Only the lower portion appears to be missing. I assume I still contact IWM directly for this even though the mini was purchased from my LGS. I just need to know what to ask for.
