"Matters of Youngblood Family and Crescent Hawks"

It's a complicated and delicate mess, because history is well known by older warriors in the Inner Sphere, which played those silly adventure games. To our advantage, Infocom did a poor job with Inception, but Revenge was decent. Youngbloods story is a problem and we intended to solve it.
The plan was simple and briliant. We arranged new series of books, called "Spotlight On". Not a fully rich sourcebooks, but some information of particular interesting units and personalities. The budget is very low, so it would be essentially one writer and no illustrations. Let them be basic and just above average. Now the fun part: we deliberately cut every story and scenario that would be "interesting" to Draconis political and military enemies. Crescent Hawks topic is a tricky one. Though Jeremiah and Jason story had to be included (including speculations about Katrina Steiner/Jeremiah romance and the unknown mother of Jason), we did only a little paragraph for both of them, 'Mech roster and concentrate more of later eras instead.
Two included Total Chaos tracks have nothing to do with stories presented in Infocom games and are about killing Woobies and Falcons. We included full roster of units in Alpha Strike format, but only two in form of CBT sheets, in which (and that was briliant) we didn't put Jeremiah name or piloting/gunnery stats on Mechwarrior Data, leaving it completely blank.
Operation was successful. We managed to deliver "Spotlight On: Crescent Hawks" at a form on uninspiring and very basic sourcebook with no illustrations, no interesting stories and minimizing damage to Draconis Combine reputation. Requesting permission and 50 CB for another Spotlight.
