Someone definitely has come up with such thing already, but still...

BA Fire Resistant (Left arm)  Point
BA Fire Resistant (Right arm)  Point
---------------------------------------
(SRM-4's are jettison-capable, was there such an option in MML?)

EDIT: I was two crit slots short, cause OS SRM-4's take not 2 crit slots, but 3, MegaMekLab has wrong stats for them. So disregard some things written below. OS SRM-3's would fit. Battle claw can be upgraded to something fancier, since there's no space left.

For some reason MML thinks that BA LB-X takes 0 critical slots. It takes 2 in the right arm, had to add it by hand into the description.

As you can see, the Homunculus is a sort-of mechanized-capable version of Golem and is intended to be used as a shock-trooper. It has maximum armoring for its weight and Fire-Resistant armor, which makes it harder to root these things out. (Though, one use Stealth for an ambusher version, which, considering the loadout, would be inhumane.) Obviously, the mobility of the suit is lacking and there are longer-ranged weapons, but if something would be too stupid to run away from a point of them, it would potentially roll three times on a column for 20 on a Cluster Hit Table -- twice for SRM's and once for LB-X 20. And that is in a single turn. After that, the weapons are reduced just to BA LB-X, which is still not bad, especially against vehicles. The thing is, to get rid of a whole point one would really have to put a massed fire on it.

EDIT: Fire-Resistant variant can fit 2 AP Gauss Rifles instead of BA LB-X. Also, as a Stealth Armor variant can be more tempting (though less clan-like and gimmicky), one can switch armor to Std Stealth and take a Heavy Recoilless Rifle instead of BA LB-X.

Hmm... As far as I can see you're overweight by 250 kg and 2 slots short...

The best I can get is 1/1/2 movement, 10 armor, 2 basic manipulators, and 2 OS-SRM3.

You were right that I was 2 crit slots short, I had to check the TechManual. There's a bug in MML in the entry for OS SRM-4's. But it was not overweight.

By hand (for a corrected version):

Tonnage: 400(chassis)+80(MP)+30*14(armor)+400(BA LB-X)+2*70(OS SRM-3's, jet-capable)+5(AP Weapon Mount)+60(Heavy Battle Vibro Claw)=1500. It was still 1500, even for a previous version.

Crit space: 2(BA LB-X)+2*2(OS SRM-3's)+1(AP Weapon Mount)+5(Fire-Resistant)=12.

Everything checks now.
