I am so glad to hear all the excitement about this event! I am getting flooded with e-mails by stores and players trying to find agents to run this for them so here is what we are going to do to try match up agents and players.
First Option: Agents will post in the World Wide Event 2017: Events Scheduled thread when they have a date and location for their game(s). That way players can see if there is anything in their area.
http://bg.battletech.com/forums/index.php?topic=57915.msg1332507#msg1332507Second Option: If you are a player/store looking for an agent to run this please post your location in the thread below (if you are a store please post your exact address, if you are player just post your general area... i.e. Northwest Chicago Suburbs). Agents are then going to be told later this week to check through the thread and if they can fill a need in an area to private message the person on the boards here to work out a date/time and post in the thread that they are trying to run for that area (so other agents know its being handled). There tends to be dense clusters of agents (like in Chicago) and we can't all run the event for the same group of players so I am requesting that agents in this situation try to branch out and run for groups they normally don't. Obviously, this we aren't going to be able to fill all the needs but hopefully we can fill many of them.
Third option: If no player/agent match can be made players are welcome to become agents themselves and run the event themselves.
