An unhealthy and inefficient melding of Clan and IS tech.
Focusing on shorter ranges for firepower, it lacks effective ranged firepower (it doesn't have any), effective usage of available clan technology (it using cheap Clan ballistics and a cheap electronic suite to help justify it's cost), and very difficult to maintain IS weapons systems (VSPL technology and Streak technology is wonderful, but certainly a maintenance sink).
Armor is acceptable if not terribly heavy, speed is acceptable if not overly fast, and maneuverability is good if average for it's size. You don't lose much by using one of these guys, but you also don't gain much if you don't properly get it into range.
It does maintain a slight anti infantry capability, as well as a heavy anti armor and anti light capability. VSPL tech is a god send in this way. Generally it packs a punch, can cut through medium and light armor as quickly as a hot knife through butter, but will certainly get eaten up beyond range 9. Use it sparingly, in cities or heavily mountainous areas, and you won't do badly, but in an open fight, it's only advantage will be it's high PSR from Jumping.
