The Shadow Cat could use a Dark Age sculpt option. Love the MWDA looks of the Shadow Cat.
But it can't be what Stinger was talking about because the Shadow Cat is not subject to any XTROs (and therefore has no XTRO art). Unless there's one coming but isn't publicly known... which is unlikely.

I listed the ones i know for sure have MW4/Mercs model, XTRO art and TRO art.

Is this the same as the MWDA Shadowcat? I thought they were but I may be mistaken.

That's Shadow Cat II, which originates from MWDA and appears in TRO.... 3085, i think?
Not the pretty one.

MWDA Shadow Cat from Warrenborn.

Poor pic but one can see the primary differences for MWDA Shadow Cat are the cockpit (has stylized Nova Cat head) and generally more rounded, smoother appearance.

The weapons do not match any Shadow Cat configuration though, not even the NTNU ones.

The online-shop I am using listed the Avalanche, Cuirass, Uziel resculpt and an Anubis variant for preorder just a few days ago. Conclusively, these Mech are going to be the Q3 releases, I suppose.

Unfortunately, none of the classics / re-unseens / whatever is listed or mentioned. So, are there any news, which classic is going to be released in Q3? Hopefully the Phoenix Hawk :)

Well, as mentioned above, an Uziel resculpt is coming soon using the exact CAD model as used for the game.

You can Fan Funding (soon) my Hellspawn resculpt that matches the MW4 artwork quite well.

And there is going to be a resculpt coming 4th quarter that is of a quite old mini, that badly needs a resculpt, and it is going to combine elements of the TRO art, some XTRO art, and the MW4 model of this particular mech :-D

It would be really cool to see a new Mauler. Its been one of my favorite 'mech designs since I started playing. Maybe not the most effective in combat, but visually  O0

Not sure if there is an XTro Thanatos, but I would love to see it redone too. The original sculpt is huge and very limited in detail. Very underwhelming compared to what it looked like in the game.

I thought it was the same, 2 ER mediums and a Gauss. They just moved one of the ERs to the arm with the other one.

I think I remember seeing that somewhere, but I can't recall where.  And that recollection is not recent.   :(

Maybe, but officially there's no configuration that looks like the DA Shadow Cat.

Looking at the Dark Age Sneak Peeks article collection (http://bg.battletech.com/downloads/), it seems the twin ML arm is basically the Avalanche's. They tried to make the 'Mechs actually Omni by having detachable arms but apparently that didn't work out well.

The Wendigo and Shadow Cat swapped arms without any problems. I never tried an Avalanche.

The Orion IIC, Guillotine IIC, Clint IIC, Shadow Hawk IIC, Warhammer IIC 4 etc, Marauder IIC 3 etc and Hunchback IIC have all been made from what I can tell in my collection.

Am I missing something or did the Valkyrie disappear from the Q3 release schedule?

Also, I can't help but be a bit disappointed the mini Flea FLE-14 is being replaced by the 20. - was it a typo or is the 14 going to be made in future?

I am however, very impressed by the Uziel resculpt. I will be glad to see a chunkier cockpit - and hopefully, thicker legs - I chopped my Uziel in half and switched the legs, arms and lower torso with a Madcat MKIII to make an 8S model. Because I really, Really, REALLY, hated the scrawny legs.

valkyrie was delayed, yes. Flea is probably a typo. It's still listed as a 15 ton mech. Unless they decided to redo the standard flea out of nowhere?

It was mentioned earlier that the Flea that's going to be released is going to be based on the MW4 art and won't be the ultralight.

If it's the FLE-20, then it'll apparently represent the Capellan stealth version from the Jihad.

Yeah, I read about the MW4 based 20, I guess I meant, why initially say they were releasing the 14, I now assume that was that just a typo?

(Although I can hope the 14 will come out at some point in the future!)

Any word on this year's convention specials? I am probably in the minority, but I am hoping for some more 28mm stuff. More battle armor would be spiffy, but a 28mm Mechwarrior would be fantastic...even if it's a generic one.

A 'Mech-scale Fox would be 1.5m long. A 1m sphere would provide a good base.

Reminds me of when I planned to make a 'Mech-scale Invader using an old coatrack ...

FYI; the new Sarath, Gambit and Flea miniatures. Sorry for the poor picture quality.

The Flea and Gambit are pretty simple to assemble.
The Sarath has a lot of pieces, but it is a nice miniature with good detail.
