Yeah, I agree. Watching the episode, it was pretty clear that Helix back stabbed Felicity once they got what they wanted.

It really seems like Felicity was too quick to trust Helix and say payed from it by having that EMP go off. Which is bad for her as she has that implant from Cutis that allowed her to walk after getting paralyzed at previous season. Then again I am sure that some fans might be happy about that.

Per the preview, that implant is presently not working, which does complicate things.

So we get lots of interesting flashbacks, and some decent drama. I loved the general feel, but it seemed to hammy in some regards on how it made both Digg and his wife, as well as oli and felicity 'too agreeable' at the end.
Though i DID love the revelation that Argus has copied Curtis's Tspheres.

Are they bringing back Olicity like it seems like. So what was point in breaking Olicity if they were eventually going to bring it back anyway? Also Curtis acted like biggest Olicity shipper.

Interesting ep.. So Oli and Spartan Get trapped into going into an old Queen building that Prometheus has set up, but was it me or was that 'cement" way too watery..
Loved the hand wringling over whether to watch that video on the stick the lawyer handed them, and sucky that they found the truth about oli's pops being a killer himself.. Though imo it looked accidental, but the fact he covered it up,, would have been a major smacking..

ANd boy, did i get annoyed at the antics of dawg...

Wonder, since it didn't seem like Mad dawg was one of those captured, where he is?

I was wondering just that..
with their smarts, i can easily see them having made a safe zone of ECM to where those in say a 40m radius wouldn't blow up.. BUT with the sheer amount of explosive and debris in the air, they would STILL be at risk of being severely injured.

A bigger question, is who thinks Malcom merlin is dead??

I'm betting that a) the ARGUS bunker was closer than the resupply ship, and b) Chase didn't mine the bunker since it was still staffed with at least one ARGUS guy. Slade could have led them all there and they'd probably be safe.

As for Merlyn, you know what they say about if you don't see the body. I think they should kill him off for good because he far outlived his purpose a couple of seasons ago, but they likely won't.

The traitor Canary girl has got to be a goner for sure, though. And Captain Boomerang. Maybe Talia too?

Well, I didn't much care for Prometheus (or Adrian Chase at all) and I got tired of the flashbacks after season 2, not to mention the rehashing of the same old story beats again, so I won't say that I've been very impressed with this season of Arrow. But I did really enjoy the finale. Had to laugh, though, at Oliver after he killed Kovar. "Uh oh, gotta put on my makeup and wig before I signal the boat!" Unintentionally hilarious.

So, the CW's finale tally for the 2016-17 season:

Legends of Tomorrow... so meh that I've forgotten what happened
Supergirl... awesome
The Flash... ugh
Arrow... great
The 100... awesome (just throwing that one in for free, y'all)

While they could always reverse things, Barrowman has said that Merlyn is indeed dead, and confirmed he won't be on the show next season.

The 100 is one of the best shows on CW and I liked the finale for the most part. They will have to do some serious explaining with that prison DropShip.

I meant the girl, the one that briefly pretended to be Black Canary after Laurel died and then joined Arrow's team—and this is the part that I couldn't recall when writing my other post—using the name Artemis. When last seen, she had been left in a cage somewhere on the island and apparently nobody much cared. Which, to be honest, I totally get.

Though if they really want to bring her back, they'll just say she escaped somehow.

Well, excepting the fact that the term "traitor" doesn't quite fit, as she was never loyal to Team Arrow, the Earth-2 Laurel was that Earth's Black Canary, so from one point of view, the appellation does fit...

Prison transport from what/where though? NOTHING in the 100's history has indicated anything about that the earth had outposts on OTHER planets..

There were a few brief refernces this season to penal mining colonies in the asteroid belt.

Someone mentioned on Gateworld, that if you go real slowly through the scene where Jaha is reading those news articles when he's searching for info on the "13 and their haven", there was a brief article about it..
