Toronto - new to Battletech

I'm fairly new to Battletech and am looking for others players who are also new to the game.

There's a crew of gamers that come down to GenCon from Toronto every year, so you should be able to find people to play with. Finding an exclusively new group might be a bit tougher. Is that a requirement for you?

No, that is not a requirement. For the most part I will play with anyone. I just thought it might be nice to play with people who are at the same experience level and that way we can learn the game together.

There's several of us demo agents in Southern Ontario. 4 or 5 in Toronto and the another 5 of us spread out from Milton to Brantford. I'll PM you more info.

I just saw this post, and am new to battletech. Are there still Toronto players alive and well? I'm looking more for Alpha Strike than classic, but am open to learning  both.
