So I have been looking into it as best I'm able and I feel like I'm just missing a source of info that will clarify things or connect the dots I am missing.
I get that Clan Nova Cat basically ended up occupying a part of the Draconis Combine and that they were kind of limited to what they could do and where they could go. I think it was that way up until shortly before they got wiped out if I'm not mistaken.....
My question is why didn't the Nova Cat work on building back up their touman? What it seems like from what info I can find is that at the end of operation bulldog and operation serpent, the Nova Cat was at about 3 to 4 galaxies but before Operation Revival they were sitting at about 8 galaxies. Why weren't significant efforts made to reestablish their pre-invasion numbers, was there something other then conflict with the Ghost Bears that prevented this from happening?
