Battletech Grinder 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Grinder is a progressive free-for-all Battlemech combat, designed to transition players from the introductory scenario to the full scope and technology of the Battletech Total Warfare Core rule set. Players begin with a light Battlemech, equipped with the most basic weapons. When that unit is destroyed in combat, the player re-enters the Grinder with a more powerful Battlemech equipped with more advanced weapons and new equipment, and this continues until the player commands the most advanced and deadly units in the game. Players can play as long as they wish, leave, and return during the scheduled event listing if they wish due to the continuous nature of the Grinder. Grinder can accommodate from 2 to 14 players.

The Wolf Invasion of Terra has begun! The Republic’s forces have fought tooth and nail, but Alaric Wolf has finally laid his trump card: both Alpha and Beta galaxies have made planetfall on the Republic capital. Before converging on the major city centre of Brussels, Beta Galaxy strike forces have been deployed to knock out objectives key to the city defense. The 11th Hastati Sentinels have been deployed to use their troubleshooting skills to frustrate the Wolf advance. A victory here, even a minor one, could change the tide of battle in the city itself.

The final battle for Terra has begun! The Republic’s forces have fallen back and regrouped at Brussels to make their final stand. The Wolf Empire’s Alpha and Beta galaxies have converged on the area hoping to destroy the Republic forces.
Devlin Stone has ordered an all-out strike against the Wolf forces. Personally leading elements of Stone’s Brigade. Alaric Wolf has pushed his galaxies to the brink. A victory here would end the battle and leave the Wolf Empire in control of Terra, making them the IlClan.
