The combination of hardened armor and reinforced structure make it as tough as a 'Mech twice it's size, while the trio and Improved Heavy Medium lasers lowers the range, but increases the damage the design can do over the ultra class autocannon. It's 120 meter jump range is also stands it in good stead.

Built by the Rasalhague Dominion, and deployed to cities on their Draconis Combine boarder,  the Urbanmech IIC has seen action against skirmishes and objective raids by combine and mercenary forces, but no large scale battles. It has acquitted itself well in those engagements, defending cities from the encroaching dragon.

I like it, mostly.  I'm not a big fan of lasers that explode, and I think the ERML is a better all-around weapon, so I would probably have done two older HMLs and an ERML for reach, plus an SPL instead of the flamer, or ERSL and light active probe. This certainly works, though, and I love the combo of bigger engine and hardened armor.

I actually thought about using the partial wing to boost the jump, but decided against it on mine for aesthetic reasons. Nice design though.
