While getting up to speed on artillery rules to use some Arrow IV equipped Mechs, I managed to confuse myself with regards to flight times. Some of the text seems to imply that any indirect fire over 17 hexes from the target would start having a flight time, but the chart itself lists the distances as being 'from battlefield'. Since my mechs are going to be on the battlefield, shouldn't that be a 0 distance value and therefore no flight time?
