One-Shot Weapons extinct?
« on: 31 July 2017, 16:11:00 »
In looking at the table for extinction of advanced tech in the Second Succession War, I was surprised to find that one-shot weapons had become LosTech by the 2850s (IIRC). What was the rationale for that? I'd assumed that the usual weapons-bin-served LRMs and SRMs would have gone extinct well before a weapons system that (again IIRC) is basically a covered hardpoint for the missiles with no loading machinery.

Or is there something even more technically advanced in the systems that I'm missing?
