Design Challenge #4 - Peace on Terra

I'm slowly writing up the results of challenge #3, but the holiday season has thrown off my schedule quite thoroughly, so I'll just post this seasonal challenge right now. In the spirit of peace on Terra and good will towards all mankind(except Wobbies, of course), I give you the following challenge:

Design a Mech with no damage-dealing equipment whatsoever.

(I'll allow equipment like Narc beacons that's primarily used for non-damage dealing purposes but has the ability to deal damage with a special loadout, as long as you don't load any damage-causing ammo for them)

As usual, only the first submission from any particular person will count, and I'm judging these holistically based on whether they're good, interesting, plausible, and fun Mechs.

I present a 3145 racing car :P

It only does over 500 kilometers per hour...
And has Stealth Armor (1 ton of it, just enough to count!)

The mech's basic running speed is 29 hexes, meaning it more than flat out exceeds the movement to-hit modifiers. But hell, how many mechs actually can move this fast?!
It does pay for this in the form of an XXL Fusion engine...and composite structure...and only 1 ton of armor...Look just don't get hit alright?! You should have at least a +6 to your dodging enemy fire from movement, and more depending on if the enemy is effected by your stealth armor...

Owned by a veteran mechwarrior turned Filtvelt Coalition Landowner, the Plowshare is built on the frame of a recovered pirate brigand. Originally fitted out to put up and maintain the sensor network around the property line (necessary for monitoring the migration of some of the local megafauna), but also often used for heavy lifting, hauling construction materials, and to scratch that itch for mech piloting even though the owner has renounced violence. Though it's strictly speaking built on a military frame, the owner has received special dispensation to operate it without a military license as long as it is regularly certified as disarmed.

No worries... one of the things I've really loved about the game recently is the addition of little things to the Succession Wars era.  Now if we can just get them to add Rocket Launchers...

If not, drop the SRM4, and bump it's movement to 10/15 with MASC. It's a mobile command post that zips between hotspots to give the init bonus from the Comms Equipment.

"Has a weapon that bathes an enemy in napalm and says it "Technically, it doesn't deal damage".  #P
 Me thinks this might just go against the spirit of the challenge just a wee bit...

It actually only needs 6 tons of Communications Equipment.  'Mechs come with one ton free as part of the cockpit, so that can also go toward your engine...

You can resubmit if you like(and in cases like this, I'll ignore your first submission, so you don't need to go back and edit), but that one won't qualify.

As originally designed it was to allow SLDF forces to coordinate across systems, but I think it would also be a welcome addition to colonists during peacetime, allowing them to stay connected to home base without a jump ship circuit or having to build a new HPG.
