Perform a washing by mixing with the floor detergent.
Given my limited linguistic knowledge, I suggest you take a look at this article from the Camospecs, from which I  have been inspired too.

Subsequently I go panel to panel, without dry brush.
In addition I add a wash with a complementary color, on the beige like this I made a darkening with a blue, but this is an experiment that I tried creating a wash with blue, a pinch of the same base color dark sand and medium glaze.
 you don'tt see much in those, while on this Enforcer it seems more evident.

Thank you for not drenching all the details in varnish paint. Very clean finish. Looks like the Games Workshops paints that I like to use. And I envy you for the decals. We don´t have these in Europe.
