Reviving my Demo Agent application?

Hi, I was just wondering how to go about getting my CGL Demo Agent application going again. I was busy with school, things came up, and there was something that I was waiting for IIRC about the next step in the process.

I'm going to have more free time starting in 2 weeks so I would like to get that moving again, especially since I do not want to miss out on the next global event.
